Thank you for your interest in Jan Kaulins photography. The color photo prints offered here are made from original BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHS THAT HAVE BEEN HAND-COLORED and photographed by artist/photographer Mr. Jan Kaulins. Jan personally
prints, processes and mats every photo in his darkroom/studio, enabling him to have
complete control over the quality of each finished photograph. Each photo is carefully examined
before it is hand signed and numbered. Occasionally a photo may have to be slightly cropped to fit inside the matt opening. The newest color series of original photos is of multiple exposure HDR digital photos. All photos are printed by Jan Kaulins himself in either his traditional darkroom or in his digital 'darkroom'. The "SIZE OF EDITION" shown on the price chart below refers to how many TOTAL photo prints will be available in that size, and once that total number are all individually sold, the LIMITED EDITION is 'sold out' and will no longer be available. The price is NOT for the entire Limited Edition series, but for ONE of the photos in that series. Just to clarify--THE RETAIL PRICES SHOWN BELOW ARE THE COST OF ONE INDIVIDUAL PHOTOGRAPH in that Limited Edition series.

These are individually hand printed color photographs of original
BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOS THAT HAVE BEEN HAND COLORED by the artist/photographer Jan Kaulins. They
are professionally matted in distinctive Arctic White Crescent mats with a black core. Only the Hawaii series was originally photographed with color film.
The matted photos are also available beautifully framed in sturdy Black
enamel finished metal frames, ready to hang in your office, business, or home. Framed photos larger than 16x20 are shipped framed with optical grade clear plexiglass for durability and safety in shipping.
