UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN BAND DAY 1951 photo picture print for sale. This is a very early vintage photo of UofM BAND DAY in 1951, showing the entire playing field covered with visiting bands from all over the state. In it we can see the early structure of historic Michigan Stadium as well. This is a quite rare image from almost 70 years ago in the long history of The University of Michigan and its Marching Band. This photo was made from the Original black and white historic negative/photo from 1951 and has been professionally restored and is offered now in a very Limited Edition numbered photo print.

The quality of the Jan Kaulins' photographic prints is much higher than we can show within limits of this web site. Slight tonal changes and blurring around the areas of strong contrast are a result of the JPEG compression process, and are not part of the high quality originals.
