Detroit World Series Pudge Rodriguez photo
by Jan Kaulins
Pudge Rodriguez #7 at 2006 World Series picture photo for sale: This historic color photo, made from an original black and white photograph that HAS BEEN HAND-COLORED by artist/photographer Jan Kaulins, is of the All-Star catcher for The Detroit Tigers, #7 Ivan 'Pudge' Rodriguez, seen through the foul ball net, crouched behind home plate during Game 1 of The 2006 World Series at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. This unique artistic photo shows Pudge dwarfed by the giant sized Old English 'D', the Detroit Tigers logo which was painted on the field just behind home plate at Comerica Park during the 2006 World Series games played in Detroit. The American League Champion Detroit Tigers had an incredible year, having been one of the worst teams in baseball history in just the previous year, to winning the American League Championship and then going on to play in The World Series.
